Handmade on the lines of 'satlada' which means a necklace made with seven strands of pearls, which was the hallmark of royalty in South Asia. 

This gorgeous necklace has almost three dozen strands of tiny red beads, strung by hand that run around the neck, fastened with a metal hook which helps to adjust the length.
